The Marketing Manager role will support TCS Brand and Partner marketing. This role will lead marketing strategy for our key partners and will work internally with the creative team to help manage development and execution of marketing materials.  The incumbent will be a self-starter who is a great communicator and able to create relationships across our organization and with external partners.  Equally important, you will have strong attention to detail and bias for action.  Success looks like the flawless execution of marketing materials and maintenance of strong client relationships in order to drive trip sales.

Location: Seattle WA, we are open to location within the US. 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development of all partner marketing strategy and build out a detailed marketing plan. 
  • Manage the marketing plan and production of all trip marketing materials including email, direct mail, web updates, paid media, reservation forms, etc. 
  • Operate as point person for day-to-day marketing discussions with key partners. 
  • Manage marketing budget and reconciliation. 
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team for day-to-day inquiries, including owning reservation forms, docusign and partnering with legal and finance on terms and conditions. 
  • Manage support collateral needed for partner events. 
  • Work closely with our printing vendor to manage direct mail fulfillment. 
  • Manage post trip gifting program for all TCS and partner trips. 
  • Support customer loyalty initiatives, including development of print marketing materials, email, web content etc.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree a minimum, travel, or luxury experience a plus.
  • 3+ years’ marketing experience with a proven track record of success in a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Superior attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively with various customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven success in a fast-paced deadline and results oriented environment.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and perform all levels of work as needed.
