What you will be doing

We are looking for a hands-on, digitally savvy campaign manager to join our team. Your role in driving the activation of our campaign calendar and subsequent activities will drive new sales leads and our strategy for growth. We need someone fluent in the digital arena and prepared to get hands-on to drive higher open rates, clicks, contacts and conversions to sales visits. The work you do will be intrinsic to our success.

Campaign Coordination

  • Map out the detail of our campaign calendar across all channels, make the plan of execution on digital channels including commissioning content and driving the key partnerships you need to launch the campaign successfully
  • Own the activation and execution of campaigns, with a comfortable knowledge of creative and technical arenas you will also support where appropriate e.g., with key messaging, work on e-marketing platforms like HubSpot, oversight of landing pages, coordinating SEO/PPC
  • Project manage the annual marketing calendar to ensure key performance indicators are captured for each campaign and analyze each campaigns performance

Sales Support

  • Ensure all our sales team are equipped to support and execute campaigns – have they got the collateral, understanding and confidence to take advantage of every lead we create
  • Pick up the phone and help set up sales calls for our School Partnership Managers

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will be driven by success, you want results – show us at least 2 years of proven project management skills and experience in digital marketing, planning for a range of campaigns online and offline. You will be collaborative and proactive; you are a great communicator with command of powerful language. You are a team player who can inspire and influence others, articulating digital direction to non-technical and senior members of the team. You will have the magic combination of being a strategic thinker with real attention to detail. You are analytical, ready to test and tweak, identify what works and keep driving to achieve results. Creative flare & experience of email marketing programs like HubSpot, website platforms like WordPress, an understanding of Google analytics and how SEO/PPC works are useful.
