TCS World Travel is adapting its  business to reflect the challenges of todays environment and ,as such, an extensive program of email marketing is the main pillar of our marketing efforts. We therefore seek an experienced CRM / email marketeer who is a subject matter expert in this field - an individual who can demonstrate intellectual curiosity and act as a proponent for change where needed.

The CRM/Email Manager is responsible for managing and executing email strategy and personalization efforts. The position has two roles:

1) Work with the marketing team to develop overall email marketing strategy and concepts; test structures and segmentation; build, edit and deploy emails, track and measures results.

2) Determine a CRM optimization roadmap and measurable KPIs specific to CRM while creating a framework, based on segmentation and predictive modeling, to develop automated targeted marketing communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute and manage weekly and ongoing (triggered) email campaigns, using Pardot to build, schedule, target, deploy, measure and optimize to support business objectives
  • Work with marketing team to develop email segmentation, personalization and optimization strategies for a variety of objectives: sales, lead nurturing, re-engagement, loyalty building, etc.
  • Build, manage and maintain all data collection forms on the TCS World Travel web site and ensure data collected is seamlessly synchronized between Pardot and SalesForce
  • Leverage data from SalesForce to develop and continually optimize segmented lists for highly targeted and personalized emails

Essential experience required for success:

  • 5+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in a CRM/retention capacity in a B2C ecommerce environment
  • Expert knowledge of SFDC and Pardot are prerequisites for success.
  • HTML expertise, including building and modifying templates
  • Experience devising an integrated email and CRM program that is highly personalized based on customer segmentation data
  • Strong understanding of all email response metrics and best practices as well as a proven track record of leading successful email programs

 You will come to us with a demonstrable track record in a similar role within a high end travel company or luxury brand.  You will be independent, self motivated, and able to balance a workload that consists of repetitive campaign process development as well as file management, growth initiatives and system improvements. Success in this role will be measured by email best practice metrics and database growth.
